1. Cancellation by the Traveler
a. For Domestic Tours
- More than 30 days before travel: Up to 75% refund
- 15–30 days before travel: Up to 50% refund
- 7–14 days before travel: Up to 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
b. For International Tours
- More than 45 days before travel: Up to 70% refund
- 30–45 days before travel: Up to 50% refund
- 15–29 days before travel: Up to 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
2. Cancellation for MICE Events or Corporate Programs
Since MICE involves pre-booked venues, vendors, and logistics:
- Booking amount is non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, depend on vendor and hotel cancellation policies
- Any cancellation within 30 days of the event typically results in no refund
3. Non-Refundable Components
If we cancel or modify a tour due to:
- Natural calamities
- Political unrest
- Operational issues
- Airline or hotel closures
We will offer:
- A rescheduled date OR
- Travel credit valid for a future booking OR
- A partial refund based on supplier policies
We always aim to provide the most traveler-friendly solution.
4. Cancellation or Modification by Blu Axplore Holidays
We implement advanced security measures to protect your data from:
- Unauthorized access
- Loss or misuse
- Alteration or disclosure
However, no online system is 100% secure. We continuously update our security protocols to keep your data safe.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within:
- 7–14 working days for domestic services
- 14–21 working days for international services
- Processing may depend on hotel/airline/vendor clearance
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
6. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to join the tour/event on the scheduled date without prior notice:
- 100% cancellation charges apply
- No refund or travel credit will be provided
7. Amendment Policy
- Changes to travel dates, hotel categories, or group size may incur additional charges.
- Amendments depend strictly on availability and vendor policies
