We understand that plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with industry standards.
1. Force Majeure
If a tour (or part of it) cannot operate due to Force Majeure events (natural disasters, political issues, pandemics, etc.), Blu Axplore is not obligated to provide a refund.
In special cases, a partial refund may be considered based on supplier policies and other factors.
All decisions by Blu Axplore regarding refunds are final.
2. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time: 15–45 days
- Refund will be made via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card reversal (as per original payment method)
3. No Refund for Unused Services
No refunds will be given for unused services such as:
- Hotels
- Meals
- Transport
- Sightseeing
- Entrance fees
- Optional tours
This applies regardless of the reason.
4. Cancellations as per Booking Policy
If services are cancelled as per the booking policy:
- Refunds are processed in the same mode of payment
- Bank charges and cancellation fees will apply
- Processing may take 15–45 days
